We specialize in roasted lamb Spitbraai for private and large-scale events across the Western Cape. We braai cleanly, without smoke or mess, and adapt to any setting, indoors or outdoors, intimate gatherings or events of up to 400 guests. 



We are driven by the same principles that sparked the first braai: respect for tradition, patience in execution, and the belief that food tastes better when it brings people together. We are three friends around one fire creating moments that stay long  after the plates are cleared.
